ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR YEARBOOK
1. CHECK FOR DAMAGE – Make sure the book doesn’t have any torn pages, printing smears, or upside-down pages. If you notice anything wrong with the printing of any pages or the cover, IMMEDIATELY notify the yearbook adviser ([email protected]). You have 24 HOURS after accepting your book to inform adviser of any issues.
2. WRITE YOUR NAME IN THE BOOK – Make sure you have checked for damage first and then write your name inside the book. Once you write in the book, there CANNOT be any exchanges, replacements, or refunds! We also cannot replace lost or stolen yearbooks. Once you claim ownership of your yearbook, it is YOURS to keep as it is. A replacement for a lost book, if there are any available, will be $70 cash.
3. ABOUT THOSE MISTAKES . . . You should remember that this is a student publication. Although we make every attempt to produce an accurate account of the events from the school year, we acknowledge the possibility of writing errors, spelling errors, missed events, unintended omissions, etc. It is not our intention to forget anyone or misspell anyone’s name, but there are many factors involved, such as having accurate information to begin with, cooperation of students/faculty involved, timing of events around our publishing deadline, yearbook staff members completing their assigned pages, etc. Still critical? If you enjoy spotting errors, we invite you to apply for next year’s yearbook staff. 😊
4. EXPLORE & DISCOVER – Explore the yearbook and discover all that we did cover and document. We tried to include as many SC students and faculty as we could. Do you see yourself or your friends? Can you see the many ways we incorporated our 1970s-inspired THEME?
5. ENJOY! We thank all of you who contributed photos, information, quotes, etc. toward the success of our yearbook program. We hope you enjoy this yearbook for many years to come!
Go, Eagles!
